Mike Schloss is an excellent attorney. I had a contentious divorce case with child custody issues. Mike not only seeks the excellent outcome, but does not try to extract as much as he can out of the client like some high flier attorneys do. Mike sorted through the issues, kept costs reasonable, was honest on whether certain work was worth it or not, and we ended up with a positive outcome. Meanwhile my former spouse got taken on a sleigh ride and her attorney talked her in to all sorts of unnecessary expenses thinking I would be paying- and the Judge ruled we each pay our own attorney fees! Overall Mike is excellent, and his court performance was outstanding. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how totally strong and level headed he was in court which I know was read by the Judge! Mike's support staff is excellent too.

I had a family emergency situation come up on a Friday late afternoon and they waited for me to make it in the office, I had a complex case that had to be transferred from out of state and they were there the whole time not once did I have to call and ask what's going on they would let me know in advance of how things were going , in court Mike handles himself well and took care of everything needed, the office personal are a great part of their team they are nice and respectful always in a good mood! Would not recommend. My consultation was with Clark and then without notice I find out Mike was taking over my case. I spent over $10k in attorney fees... just to lose. Mike drug out the process and did not do proper follow up when in negotiations over parenting time and I had to threaten to fire him to get any sort of action. He never even asked me what my story was. My son's father abandoned us when I found out I was pregnant and NEVER even saw or talked to our son until I tracked him down with a private investigator. This is 7 years later and I STILL feel taken advantage of that I had to come and write a review. The wrong decision was made in court and I'm still dealing with it after all these years. My advice? Look elsewhere.

Mr. Clark is not a good attorney. I think because of his age, he is forgetful. During trial, he continued asking the exact same question to the respondent. The time put into my case and efforts that were made just flat out weren't sufficient. I would not recommend Mr. Clark, unless of course you like giving money to people who don't deserve it.
